Marteen Lewis, RN
Home Manager/PD Nurse

Marteen Lewis joined the Home Dialysis Institute of Georgia's team with 13 years of dialysis nursing experience and 17 years in healthcare overall. Her background includes Cardiac Care Unit (CCU), acute care, chronic dialysis, and peritoneal dialysis, where she has gained experience as a charge nurse, manager, and team leader.
In her current role as Home Program Manager and PD Nurse, Marteen oversees staff and trains peritoneal dialysis patients to safely perform treatments in the comfort of their homes.
Marteen received her ADN from Wallace College in Dothan, Alabama, and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida, with plans to complete it in July 2026. Outside of work, Marteen enjoys international travel, spending time at the beach, attending concerts with family, and hobbies such as baking and shopping.
